Another one down

We lost another goldfish yesterday, they are dropping like flies. On the up side they are only like 20 cents each. Soon I will have to buy some replacements, Isabella is bound to notice that they are disappearing.

One Republic.........

Paige and I are going to see them in concert at the end of this month. As soon as I figure out how to cut and paste a video I will post my favorite one of them live. We are giddy like school girls and only one of us is a school girl.

Upside Down Crazy

Enough said!

Cartoon Crazy...

I thought I would play with the photo editor this morning and so this is what I came up with not too bad.

Morning Perfectness

Some days you just wake up and know it is going to be a great day. Isabella had one of those morning today, woke up at 0900 with nothing but smiles and pleasantness. She of course is also very excited because she gets to go on a outing today to OMSI or the Zoo, though she says that OMSI is closed "last morning" so they will HAVE to go to the Zoo. If you haven't heard her refer to yesterday as last morning it is the cutest thing ever.

11 Months

A couple of photos of Jack from this morning standing on the new sofa, he can now see out the window easier and as you can see he really likes to bang on the window at the squirrels and birds. Take special notice to the very stylish whale PJ's he is sporting today, nothing says "BIG MAN", like whales.

Awards Night 2008...

Our Lovely Abigail and other friends and classmates were recognized for various accomplishments throughout their three years at Hazelbrook Middle School. Abigail received the President's Award for Educational Excellence!! Which was for those students who maintained a 3.5 GPA or higher and had high test scores as well. We are very proud of her and her dedication to doing her best. Now as for the photos...she doesn't like pictures taken and so these are the only ones that I was able to get to show her and her friends up accepting the award.

The rest of us who were there to support her had a good time. Paige has been in the middle of finals this week and more than a little stressed out. I think this is what she needed along with the coffee(see photo right) to finally unwind and relax a little. She laughed until she cried the entire time...about an hour and a half. So a huge "Thank You" to Heidi for facilitating this effort, or just egging her on.

Update on the fish

This morning Heidi woke to find one of our new little fishes floating upside down. She was so kind as to send him to the porcelain gods before we got up. Saving all the tears for another tragedy down the road.

The other daughter

This is my other beautiful daughter who never lets me take photos of her! Maybe because this is what she is always doing, TEXTING!!!!! You will notice at the bottom of the photo to the left that is her little pink phone in her hand, where it always is. She has a little blank stare that seems to stay there a lot of the time. But I love her none the less! What would we do without our little ball and chain we love to call our cell phones?

Evening ritual

This is our wonderful Paige and Jack's evening ritual when Jack doesn't want to try getting himself to sleep. As you can see Paige takes one for the team each time with the aching back of a big sister who loves her little brother. Little angels!!

New Members of the family

Well as most of you know a few months ago we had to find new homes for our beautiful furry cats Parker and Piper, and now we are also in need of a new home again our friend that was so wonderful and took them isn't able to keep them. So if you know of someone who has a loving home for a couple of great indoor cats let me know. For Valentine's day Heidi bought me a couple of Beta fish to help ease my heart ache at losing my kitties. So today I added 6 new goldfish to our little collection of pet friends, here a couple of pic's of the little gems! We thought we had lost two in the transfer, but Ashley and I "fished" them out of the sink drain. Then one was floating near the top but he came back just fine, and is swimming like a "fish" nowhere near the top.

Up and walking...

With a great deal of help, thank the lord. Jack is up with his little airplane walker that our friend Melissa loaned to us, he and Isabella both love it. It lights up and plays wonderfully loud tunes. Though he does get distracted easily and moves on to other things instead of practicing the walking for too long.
