This was just after the berry picking, everyone needed a little wash after playing in the dirt and smashing berries. Isabella was very concerned that Jack got his hair washed first!

Strawberry Fields
We took the kids out to pick some strawberries on Monday
so that we could make jam. However the weather hasn't been warm enough just yet to ripen all the berries. So we bought some after spending some time at the farm looking for the red gold!
Jack seemed to have a nice time playing in the dirt and squishing the berries all over the place.

Playing with Jonah
Sunday was full of backyard activities including refilling the pool, which Jonah was more than happy to help with. He loves the hose, I tried a couple of years ago to get him to stop messing around while I was watering by squirting him and instead created this little monster that jumps and bites at the water from the hose. He is such a puppy!! Did I mention that he just turned 10.

Jack loves the dog!! He is always trying to touch his toes, which Jonah does not like at all but he tolerates it. Jonah has decided that Jack is OK since he is slow and usually has food in his hands and "shares".

Paige, Jack and Dinosaurs
This is my beautifully playful 16 year old daughter, the one who begged for a Dinosaur T-shirt while at the Zoo!! Youth is beautiful and I am so glad that the "kid" in all of us isn't gone!! We all loved the Zoo and even Heidi wanted a T-shirt with Dino's on it(sorry no photo yet).

By far the cutest Dino at the Zoo!!!

Family Day at the Zoo
We haven't had a little family photo in quite a while, our friends were nice enough to snap this one of us while at the Zoo.

Just digging for fossils in the Dinosaur exhibit, which I highly recommend seeing before it is extinct in September. Well worth the few bucks!

OMSI Regulars
This might have been the last trip to OMSI with our Nanny for a month since she is leaving for Costa Rica at the end of June. But Heidi and I hope to be able to take them since we have never been. As always Ashley snapped some cute photos of Isabella and Jack. Playing in the eagle nest this time.

I think I am looking most forward to playing in the water area myself although the sand looks fun too.
