Feeding the ducks

Ok, not the best photos!! We have spent a great deal of time recently feeding the ducks around Tualatin. On this day we had a huge Nordstrom bag full of old bread and bagels all cuts up ready to feed to the ducks. We started out at the Commons, which is a man made "lake" of sorts in the center of town for those of you who don't know it. Jack and Isabella had a lot of fun running around and trying to get the ducks to eat. Jack then spent a nice amount of time lagging behind eating the old bread and bagels instead of feeding it to the ducks. He didn't get sick but it was still gross. We ended the afternoon here in the above pics at Shari's where more of the ducks have started hanging out, the only draw back is that the slope is very steep and Jack wasn't interested in staying away from the edge.

The delay

Well it was brought to my attention today that I haven't been updating the blog, sorry all this work and not play is making me not only dull but behind in blogging as well. So I am going to try to post some photos today from the last month or so, they will most likely not be in any specific order but new none the less. Love and kisses to you all.....enjoy

Field Trip to the Tualatin Valley Fire Dept

One of the last field trips of the school year, and what a great time all the kids had going to the fire house. Isabella was very excited to meet the firemen and learn all about the station and what all the gadgets did. Heidi was able to go along on this one and snap some wonderful shots of Isabella being herself....very outgoing!! I think my favorite one is the picture of her with the fire hat on.
